At Los Angeles Sinus Institute, our mission is to provide the highest quality of care using the safest, most advanced and minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Zadeh believes in implementing strategies that will treat the source of the disease rather than treating only the symptoms and in treating the whole patient rather than only the disorder. In treating nasal and sinus disorders, Dr. Zadeh takes into consideration all medical and surgical options and works closely with each patient to develop an individualized plan of treatment. Surgery is reserved for patients where it is the most effective and appropriate treatment. We believe in educating each patient about his or her disorder and encouraging an open line of communication between the patient, Dr. Zadeh and his highly trained and experienced staff.
Mani H. Zadeh, M.D., F.A.C.S.
 Mani H. Zadeh, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board-certified Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Rhinologic Society and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Zadeh specializes in nasal and sinus disorders and practices in Los Angeles, California. After attending high school in London, Dr. Zadeh earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he graduated with honors. Dr. Zadeh received his medical degree from University of California, San Diego. He then completed his General Surgery internship followed by residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the prestigious Columbia University in New York.
Dr. Zadeh, the founder of Los Angeles Sinus Institute, has extensive experience in treatment of all nasal and sinus disorders, including complex and advanced disease. He has expertise in minimally invasive image-guided surgical approaches and uses the newest and most advanced ground breaking medical and surgical techniques in treatment of sinus disease. Dr. Zadeh puts a special emphasis on treatment options that take into account nasal function and long term results. Dr. Zadeh is focused on innovative techniques and treatment modalities that offer his patients the greatest outcomes while minimizing risk.
Dr. Zadeh is recognized as a leader in the field of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and is often consulted by his peers to evaluate patients with complex and advanced disease. Dr. Zadeh is featured in the "Super Doctors" section of Los Angeles magazine. In a survey of physicians in Southern California aimed to identify the top Otolaryngologists in the community, Dr. Zadeh was selected as a "Super Doctor". Dr. Zadeh is honored to be recognized by his peers as one of the best Otolaryngologists-Head and Neck Surgeons in Southern California.
Dr. Zadeh has been involved in multiple research projects exploring sinus and nasal diseases. Dr. Zadeh is the author of numerous publications in peer reviewed journals and has presented his work at multiple national meetings. He is frequently invited to lecture on recent advances in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and regularly attends national conferences to remain updated on the most advanced and innovative treatments of nasal and sinus disorders. Dr. Zadeh has won numerous awards for teaching, research, and patient care.
Humanitarian
Dr. Zadeh is a junior board member of Our House, an independent, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization where grieving children and adults can seek comfort and support when the death of a spouse, parent, sibling, or child rocks the foundation of their home. Dr. Zadeh is honored to be a part of this extraordinary organization because he strongly believes in the mission of Our House to help grieving adults and children begin the healing process through relationships developed in support groups. Our House opens its doors to everyone and its dedicated staff and volunteers help those who are grieving better cope with the death of their close one. I am a recent beneficiary of sinus surgery performed by Dr. Zadeh. It has truly changed many aspects of my day to day life. At first I thought it would just make it "easier" to breath. However, I now realize all the other benefits which include better sleep (and much more energy the next day due to same); better concentration during the day; easier time working out; not to mention just not having to think about where my nose spray and tissues are all the time. The decision to have the surgery is honestly one of the best I ever made.

In late February, I had sinus surgery performed by Dr. Zadeh to reduce the frequency and severity of my chronic sinus infections.
The surgery went without incident and the recovery process was right on schedule. My follow-up care with the doctor was friendly and helpful. And my sinuses have remained consistently more clear since the surgery.
Case in point: before the surgery, I took a decongestant pill every day to try and keep my sinuses clear. Since the surgery four months ago, I have taken a total of five decongestant pills.
